Advanced Linked Issues & Traceability uses a subscription model with a built-in trial flow inside YouTrack.

Pro ​
The Pro subscription is the current purchase option for Advanced Linked Issues & Traceability.
Price:
- EUR 19 / month promotional base fee
- EUR 190 / year promotional base fee
- plus a per-user add-on calculated from the licensed user count of your YouTrack instance
The current promotional base fee follows the same launch pricing structure used by Appfero's workflow-reporting products.

14-Day Free Trial ​
Trial Details ​
- Duration: 14 days
- Activation: started directly from the admin panel in YouTrack
- Payment details required to start: no
- Goal: evaluate the issue panel and traceability matrix before purchase
To start the trial:
- Open Administration -> Integrations -> Advanced Linked Issues & Traceability
- Start the trial from the subscription panel
- Wait for the activation confirmation
Purchase Flow ​
When you are ready to subscribe:
- Open Administration -> Integrations -> Advanced Linked Issues & Traceability
- Use the checkout action in the subscription panel
- Complete secure checkout through Paddle
- Return to YouTrack and refresh the lifecycle panel if needed
Manage Subscription ​
The admin page is the control center for lifecycle actions.
From there, administrators can:
- review subscription status
- open checkout
- refresh subscription data
- manage the subscription when customer portal actions are available
What Happens Without an Active Subscription ​
When there is no active trial or subscription:
- the issue panel is blocked
- the traceability report is blocked
- administrators can still access the lifecycle panel to reactivate the installation
Internet Connection and Offline Access ​
Standard Lifecycle ​
The standard lifecycle uses the online validation flow, so the installation needs internet access for normal subscription validation.
Offline and Air-Gapped Environments ​
Offline activation is supported for on-premise and restricted-network installations. Contact support@appfero.com for help with offline licensing.
Payment and Security ​
We use Paddle as the payment processor. Checkout and subscription billing are handled through Paddle.

Is there a free plan? ​
No. The current commercial model offers a 14-day trial and then requires an active subscription.
Can I buy annually? ​
Yes. Pro supports annual billing.
Is offline activation available? ​
