Pro
The Pro subscription is the current purchase option for Time in Status.
Price:
- EUR 19 / month promotional base fee
- EUR 190 / year promotional base fee
- plus a per-user add-on calculated from the licensed user count of your YouTrack instance
The current limited-time promotion reduces the base fee by 34%.
Annual billing currently saves EUR 38 compared with paying the promotional monthly rate for a full year.

14-Day Free Trial
Trial Details
- Duration: 14 days
- Activation: started directly from the admin panel in YouTrack
- Payment details required to start: no
- Goal: lets you use the app before committing to a paid subscription
To start the trial:
- Open Administration -> Integrations -> Time in Status
- Click Start using for free
- Wait for the success message
Purchase Flow
When you are ready to subscribe:
- Open Administration -> Integrations -> Time in Status
- Use the purchase action shown in the subscription panel
- Complete checkout through Paddle
- Return to YouTrack and refresh the subscription panel if needed
Manage Subscription
The admin page is the control center for the subscription lifecycle.
From there, administrators can:
- review subscription status
- open checkout
- refresh subscription data
- open the customer portal when available
What Happens When the Trial or Subscription Ends
Time in Status does not currently offer a separate free usage plan.
When there is no active trial or subscription:
- the main reporting view is blocked
- the issue panel is blocked
- administrators can still open the integration page and reactivate the lifecycle flow
Internet Connection and Offline Access
Standard Lifecycle
Time in Status currently follows the standard online lifecycle flow, so the installation needs internet access for normal subscription validation.
Offline and Air-Gapped Environments
Offline and air-gapped licensing are supported for on-premise installations. Contact support@appfero.com for more information.
Payment and Security
We use Paddle as the payment processor. Checkout and subscription billing are handled through Paddle.
