πŸ›’ Getting Started ​

1. Install the Application ​

  1. Visit JetBrains Marketplace
  2. Enter your YouTrack instance URL and click Install
  3. Or install from YouTrack: Administration β†’ Apps β†’ Add app... β†’ Browse Marketplace
  4. The application starts in Free mode

2. Upgrade to a Paid Plan ​

  1. Go to Administration β†’ Integrations β†’ Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  2. Click "Buy now" or "Change plan" in the admin panel
  3. You'll be redirected to secure checkout
  4. Choose your plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
  5. Select Monthly or Annual billing
  6. Enter payment information and complete purchase
  7. Return to YouTrack and click "Refresh" in the admin panel
  8. Your subscription activates automatically and the 14-day trial begins

Upgrade from Within the App

All subscription purchases and upgrades are done directly from within the YouTrack application.

3. Manage Your Subscription ​

  • View Status: Check subscription details in the admin panel
  • Update Payment: Manage payment methods via the Paddle customer portal
  • Change Plans: Upgrade or downgrade anytime β€” changes take effect immediately
  • Cancel Anytime: Access continues until the end of your billing period, then switches to Free
