This application is designed specifically for YouTrack Helpdesk projects. It will not function properly without the Helpdesk module enabled in your YouTrack instance.

Trial Details ​

  • Duration: 30 days from activation
  • Features: Full access to all features (no limitations)
  • Activation: Click "Start Trial" in the admin panel after installation
  • No Credit Card: Trial starts without payment information
  • One Trial Per Instance: Trial is tied to your YouTrack instance URL

After Trial Expires ​

When your trial ends without an active subscription:

  • Reporter View Disabled: Users can't access the custom ticket view
  • Admin Access Maintained: Administrators can still access configuration
  • Data Preserved: All your configuration is saved and restored when you subscribe

🛒 Getting Started ​

1. Start Your Trial ​

  1. Install Custom Ticket Views from YouTrack Marketplace
  2. Navigate to Administration → Integrations → Custom Ticket Views Configuration
  3. Click "Start Trial" to begin your 30-day trial
  4. Configure fields and access control
  5. Invite users to test the application

2. Subscribe ​

  1. Click "Buy Subscription" in the admin panel
  2. You'll be redirected to secure checkout on appfero.com
  3. Enter payment information and complete purchase
  4. Return to YouTrack—subscription activates automatically

3. Manage Your Subscription ​

  • View Status: Check subscription details in the admin panel
  • Update Payment: Manage payment methods via the Paddle customer portal
  • Cancel Anytime: Access continues until the end of your billing period

We use Paddle as our payment processor. All card information is processed directly by Paddle, which is PCI-DSS SAQ A compliant, ensuring secure handling of payment data.

How is billing calculated? ​

Billing is based on the number of users in your YouTrack license.

What happens if my user count increases? ​

Your subscription adjusts automatically. If you add users, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period.

Do you offer annual billing? ​

Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Annual billing may be available in the future.

What if I need offline access? ​

The application requires an internet connection for subscription validation. If you need an offline or air-gapped solution, please contact support to discuss options.

How do I cancel? ​

You can cancel your subscription in the Paddle customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
