The Pro subscription is the current purchase option for Custom Ticket Views.
Price:
- EUR 19 / month promotional base fee
- EUR 190 / year promotional base fee
- plus a per-user add-on calculated from the licensed user count of your YouTrack instance
The current limited-time promotion reduces the base fee by 34%.
Annual billing currently saves EUR 38 compared with paying the promotional monthly rate for a full year.

YouTrack Helpdesk Required
This application is designed specifically for YouTrack Helpdesk projects. It will not function properly without the Helpdesk module enabled in your YouTrack instance.

Trial Details
- Duration: 14 days from activation
- Features: full access to all features
- Activation: click Start Trial in the admin panel after installation
- Payment details required to start: no
After Trial Expires
When your trial ends without an active subscription:
- Reporter View Disabled: users can't access the custom ticket view
- Admin Access Maintained: administrators can still access configuration
- Data Preserved: all your configuration is saved and restored when you subscribe
Getting Started
1. Start your trial
- Install Custom Ticket Views from the YouTrack Marketplace
- Navigate to Administration -> Integrations -> Custom Ticket Views Configuration
- Click Start Trial
- Configure fields and access control
- Invite users to test the application
2. Subscribe
- Click Buy Subscription in the admin panel
- Open secure checkout on appfero.com
- Complete purchase through Paddle
- Return to YouTrack and refresh the subscription panel if needed

We use Paddle as our payment processor. Checkout and subscription billing are handled through Paddle.

You can cancel your subscription in the Paddle customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
