Export Tickets to CSV
Reporter View now supports exporting the current table to CSV.
- Up to 1000 Tickets: Export is limited to the first 1000 matching tickets
- Current View Preserved: Export respects the active search, sorting, visible columns, and column order
- Loading Feedback: The
Export to CSVbutton shows a loading state while the export is being prepared

General Settings for Export Control
Administrators can now manage ticket exporting from a new General Settings section in global app configuration.
- Enable Exporting Tickets: Toggle the export feature on or off for the whole app
- Conditional Visibility: The export button is shown in Reporter View only when this setting is enabled
